CAitlin Hansen

 As a former collegiate soccer player and Junior Olympic Ski Racer, I have come full circle and shifted my focus to helping others improve their levels of fitness through Personal Training, CrossFit and Yoga.

After earning my degree in Journalism, I’ve pursued a career in television news both in Dallas and Salt Lake City. I currently work at KUTV as a2 News This Morning Feature Reporter, Fresh Living Host, and Road Trippin’ Host

After years of team sports, plus dozens of half marathons and triathlons, I redirected my career to include this passion for fitness and sharing my love of a healthy and active lifestyle. 

When I’m not coaching, training, or news-ing, I’m likely wandering around the globe or looking for adventure somewhere in the mountains.
