*Every time you break/rack the bench press complete one round of the following:

15 Air Squats

10/8 Cal Echo Bike

5 Burpees
*One person works at a time.

*After Partner 1 completes max bench press + one round of 15 Air Squats, 10/8 Cal Echo

Bike and 5 Burpees; Partner 2 begins work on the bench press.

*Intended stimulus is 21-24 minutes. You should be choosing a load where you’re unable to complete NO MORE than 8-10 reps at a time.
