Jenni Simper
Jenni is a women’s health and wellness coach with over ten years of experience in the fitness industry both here and in her native country of Ireland.
She specializes in coaching pregnant and postpartum clients through both the mental & physical changes that occur during these seasons of life. What we do in these periods of our life will affect us for the rest of our life and this is why Jenni is a relentless advocate and relatable resource for women who want to train during pregnancy and make a sustainable return to performance, lifestyle, function, career, and activity postpartum (and postpartum is forever)! Throughout her own postpartum journey, Jenni realized there was a huge gap in the care and knowledge provided for women when it came to pelvic floor and core healing, especially when it came to symptoms such as incontinence, diastasis, prolapse and pain. It was here that Jenni’s passion for all things pelvic floor was born and she decided she would become the coach she wished she’d had in her pregnancy journey. Jenni has dedicated her career to helping women understand that they can heal and repair at any stage of life; it is never too late and they don’t have to just live with it or suffer! It’s not just what happens when you become a mom; you can still achieve any athletic goal in life you want, whatever that looks like for you.
As a women’s health coach, it’s so important to understand women’s bodies and how much they need specialized coaching. Women are not mini men and their bodies are continuously changing throughout their life stages. We all need to take care of our pelvic floor & core system, whether we ever experience pregnancy or not. We do not need to have given birth to experience the consequences of not making our pelvic floor a priority. No one is exempt from this. Today, women are getting more powerful, stronger and achieving so many incredible athletic feats! It is more important than ever that we look after our bodies to ensure we can continue a life of athleticism.
Jenni has extensive experience coaching a variety of women, ranging from professional and collegiate athletes to the recreational exerciser and has helped so many women manage core, pelvic health, and other physical challenges while still encouraging their athletic goals and pursuits.
Jenni is also a low pressure fitness/breathwork coach as well as a Master TRX trainer.
