As a professional trainer over the past 16 years, my mission has always been to share the benefits of fitness with my community. Meeting people where they’re at, whether it’s someone just looking to improve their general health/daily life through improved work capacity and movement, or an athlete looking for another level, I’m here to help. I take great joy and pride in the process and action of assisting others to achieve their fitness goals. Through technique, consistency, and appropriate intensity in training.
I believe consistent exercise is a pathway to improved quality of life, and longevity. My time as a gym owner and CCFT CrossFit Level 3, has provided me with a broad range of knowledge and skills. A keen eye for movement pattern, mobility, functional movement, stability movements, Olympic weightlifting, bodybuilding, powerlifting, and base level gymnastics.
I am grateful to pass a career of knowledge on to this community. The achievement of goals, and successes of clients, no matter how big or small. These are some of the most rewarding experiences I get to share in. I’m grateful to be of service!
