Josh Cook

 

Joshua has been in the fitness industry for over 15years.  He started programming workout programs and spent 8 years as a Fitness Consultant which included nutrition planning and meal plan preparation, exercise design of strength training and cardiovascular exercise, and body composition testing.  Spent a few years working in Park City as a program director for a national Fitness Camp Program while working as a Crossfit coach at the same time.  Currently, Josh coaches weightlifting and CrossFit.  He has taken his weightlifters to local and national competitions and enjoys competing himself once in a while holding the Master’s State Records in Snatch, Clean & Jerk, and total.
