I have always had a passion for fitness from a young age. As a competitive swimmer, diver, cross country runner and soccer player my love for athletics and coaching became evident at an early age. I loved making new challenges and goals for whatever sport or activity I was involved in. When I got married I became interested in long distance running and decided to take on the challenge of the marathon at the age of 21. I quickly fell in love with the mental challenge the marathon brought and to date have run 59 marathons along with several half marathons and triathlons. I love to challenge people to push their limits to see results and to see what their body is capable of. There is nothing more rewarding to me than to see someone accomplish things or push themselves physically more than they ever have. Whether their goal is to be physically and mentally stronger, lose weight, lower their body fat or just feel good about themselves I am committed to making peoples results not only last physically but mentally as well. I love to connect and build relationships with my clients. It is my passion.
