PAIGE KITTEL

 

With a background in kinesiology, I am fascinated with how to optimize movement of the body and performance. Growing up as an athlete and in a very active family, exercise has always been a part of my life—thankfully. My passion for health and fitness continued to evolve during college, and I began working in both a physical therapy clinic and health & wellness center. This taught me a lot about injury prevention, rehab, and the importance of recovery from training. To come full circle, I also studied nutrition in school during this time because diet is such a big piece of the puzzle when it comes to any fitness goal.

Now, as a personal trainer, I’m able to help people with their goals in a more comprehensive way, given my experience in several areas. I work with in-person clients, online clients, and youth athletes. My goal with every person is to tailor a training program that is specific to them and their needs and wants. It doesn’t get much better than seeing clients mastering movements, getting stronger, and feeling better.
