I am a functional strength trainer with a lifelong background in athletics and an education in Kinesiology/Exercise Science. I received my degree from Southern Utah University where I was a student-athlete from 2014-2018. Since graduating I have trained in a number of different settings including 1-on-1, small group (2-4), large group (10-20), and even team/sport specific training. 

 

My main focus as a trainer is to improve my clients’ lifestyles both physically and mentally. Physically improving your body through proper technique, posture, and range of motion. On the mental side I focus on building relationships with each other, improving self-image and positive self-talk, as well as improving relationships / feelings towards exercise in general. Ultimately coupling the two together to empower my clients to live the life they want to live. 

 

I take pride in being able to work with people from all walks of life. Whether you are an athlete training to make it to the next level or a middle-aged person seeking a healthier and happier lifestyle, I believe I can help you.

 

Outside of the gym I enjoy good music, snowboarding, fly fishing, and spending quality time with my two dogs and loved ones.
