Growing up in St. George Utah, athletics and movement have always been something that caught my attention. I remember being obsessed watching professional athletes on TV. Everything from the way they looked and moved, the body control, the strength. It was all so amazing to me, I’d run from the living room to outside and try to replicate it myself. This passion never let up, eventually leading me to Southern Utah University where I earned at scholarship to play Division 1 football.

At SUU I decided to stick with my heart and educate myself more on what I am passionate about so, I earned my Bachelors degree in Exercise Science while minoring in Psychology. Since graduation in 2018 I have worked as a self-employed Personal Trainer as well as a Group Fitness Instructor. My clientele has ranged anywhere from Jr High / High School athletes looking to improve their athletic abilities, to men and women in their late 60’s looking to lose weight and become more functionally strong. My training philosophy is a direct reflection of my background. I believe in challenging yourself both physically and mentally. Whether you are a young athlete prepping for the transition to the next level, or a 45 year old Accountant looking to create better lifestyle habits, I will challenge the mind-body connection by pushing physical limits, helping you understand why you’re doing what you’re doing, and celebrating accomplishing difficult tasks in the gym.

Outside of the gym I love to be outdoors, listening to music, snowboarding, or fly fishing.
